Atlanta, it turns out, has been rather nice to Min Woo Lee. In his first-ever Tour Championship, the one where the winner gets to swim in a Scrooge McDuck money bin, Lee played less like he was battling golf's fickle spirits and more like he was enjoying a leisurely stroll.

So, Tiger Woods popped up on the internet, doing that nice thing where he congratulated his buddy Notah Begay. And wouldn't you know it, the golf world went into a collective meltdown, eyeballs glued to his face like it was the winning putt on the 18th at Augusta.

Well, this is a spectacular own-goal. The fellas at Good Good Golf, who've amassed a following bigger than my collection of vintage putters, have landed themselves in a bit of a pickle. Turns out, using a violent shove to demonstrate a new Callaway driver wasn't quite the marketing stroke of genius they’d hoped for.

So, a gaggle of golf's finest fossils are shuffling onto the fairways at Chart Hills this week. Apparently, they’ve decided they’d rather bash a little white ball for cash than, you know, sit in a comfy chair and complain about the youth.
